پیام رئیس کمیته علمی دائمی سمپوزیوم بین المللی اسانس ها (ISEO) به مناسب آغاز سال ۲۰۲۵

همکاران گرامی،

مایلم به اطلاع شما برسانم که به عنوان رئیس کمیته علمی دائمی سمپوزیوم بین المللی اسانس ها (ISEO) برای دوره سه‌ساله آینده منصوب شده‌ام.

سمپوزیوم بین المللی اسانس ها ISEO از سال ۱۹۶۹ تأسیس شده و همواره به‌عنوان یک رویداد کلیدی برای به اشتراک‌گذاری و توسعه دانش در زمینه اسانس‌ها شناخته شده است. هرچه جهان به یک دهکده جهانی تبدیل می‌شود، مطالعه اسانس‌ها نیز اهمیت بیشتری پیدا می‌کند. اسانس‌ها به دلیل فواید طبیعی و پایداری که دارند، در بخش‌های مختلف از جمله داروسازی، لوازم آرایشی، نگهداری مواد غذایی، و کشاورزی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند.

تحقیقات همچنان برای شناسایی ویژگی‌ها و کاربردهای جدید اسانس‌ها ادامه دارد و این موضوع بر اهمیت آنها در پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها و حفظ سلامت تأکید دارد. انتظار می‌رود بازار جهانی اسانس‌ها در دوره پیش‌بینی‌شده رشد قابل توجهی را تجربه کند.

این رشد ناشی از افزایش تقاضا برای محصولات طبیعی، افزایش آگاهی‌های سلامت، و گسترش کاربرد اسانس‌ها در بخش‌های مختلف است. این رشد نه تنها فرصت‌هایی برای سودآوری به وجود می‌آورد، بلکه بر اهمیت مطالعات علمی در شناسایی کیفیت، اثربخشی و سازگاری محیط‌زیستی اسانس‌ها و کاربردهای آنها نیز تأکید می‌کند.

از پذیرفتن این مسئولیت بسیار خرسندم و متعهد هستم که ISEO استانداردهای بالای خود را حفظ کند.

مشتاقانه آماده همکاری با پژوهشگران برای پیشبرد دانش در حوزه اسانس‌ها و مشارکت در توسعه این رشته هستم.

امسال سمپوزیوم بین المللی اسانس ها ISEO توسط پروفسور هوریا جوژه‌ویچ-کانچار در سارایوو، بوسنی و هرزگوین برگزار خواهد شد و به زودی اطلاعات بیشتری در این زمینه دریافت خواهید کرد.

Dear Colleagues,

I want to inform you that I have been appointed as President of the Permanent Scientific Committee of the International Symposium on Essential Oils (ISEO) for the next three-year period. 

ISEO has been established since 1969 and has always been a key event for sharing and developing the knowledge in the essential oils field. The more the world becomes a global village the more the study of essential oils becomes relevant. They are used in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food preservation, and agriculture among others due to their natural and sustainable benefits. 

Research is therefore on-going to establish new properties and uses of essential oils thus underlining the importance of essential oils in the prevention of diseases and maintenance of good health. The global market for essential oils is expected to witness robust growth in the forecast period. 

This growth can be attributed to the rising demand for natural products, increasing health consciousness, and the broader adoption of essential oils across various sectors. Not only does this growth offer prospects for profits but it also stresses the importance of scientific studies in identifying the quality, effectiveness, and eco-friendliness of essential oils and their applications. 

I am excited to take on this responsibility and will ensure that ISEO maintains the high standards it has set. 

I am eager to engage with scholars to advance the knowledge on essential oils and to be part of the development of this field. 

I would like to invite you to visit the official SEO website at https://www.iseoils.com and look for the abstracts of our last conferences. The ones from 1991 to 2024 are ready to be read. All the PDFs are editable, and keywords can be searched for.

This year the ISEO symposium will be organized by Prof. Hurija Džudžević-Čančar in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Erzegovina and soon you receive information about it.
